Guide to help via Teamviewer
We use the Teamviewer programme to connect to your computer.
With this programme, it is possible to take control of the computer in almost the same way as if we were physically present at your location.
Do you already have Teamviewer installed
- simply provide us with your Teamviewer ID and password.
Do you not have it installed
- please follow the instructions on the right to install it on your computer.
Teamviewer uses a secure encrypted connection and we can only connect to your computer when you actively allow it. The next time we need to connect to your PC, you will need to authorise us again.
It is possible to agree with us that we have the ability to access a computer without authorisation for each connection. This is used, for example, for self-service screens such as Golfbox, which can be set up for all computers if you wish.
How-to guide
1. Start by downloading the Compu Partner Teamviewer programme with this link:
2. the programme is now downloaded to your computer. Your browser will show that a file is being downloaded, but the way it appears may vary depending on which browser you are using. In Google Chrome, for example, it appears in the top right corner like this:
3. Click on the downloaded file and launch the programme.
Now it's possible for us to connect to your PC 🙂
