These terms and conditions only apply to purchases in the "Compu Golf" app owned and operated by:

Pricing
At Compu Partner ApS, all prices are in local currency and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices and products from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.
Platform
Compu Partner ApS is the technical supplier of the Compu Golf app platform. The individual golf clubs and driving ranges for which the products are purchased are suppliers and sellers of these products. These terms and conditions apply regardless of where the product is purchased. Contact information for the respective clubs can be found under the menu Home > Club info
Payment options
In the app you can pay with Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, EC card, Vipps, Swish and MobilePay. There may be differences in the range of payment methods in different countries. Payment is made directly to the club or driving range where the product is purchased. Payment is made immediately and the product is delivered electronically immediately afterwards. All amounts are in local currency and include VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued products.
Delivery
The goods are delivered electronically immediately after payment has been completed.
Right of complaint
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can either get a defective product repaired, exchanged, a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use.
In case of complaints, please contact the golf club where the product was purchased in the first instance. The contact details for the respective clubs are listed under the info tab of each club in the app.

Reimbursement
In the case of a refund, please send bank details in the form of account number and account number to the golf club where the product was purchased so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for the golf club's fulfilment of the refund.
Right of cancellation
Items purchased in the shop on the Compu Golf app have a 14-day return policy.
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is no right of cancellation on digital products in use. However, if the product does not live up to your expectations, please contact us. The period is calculated from the day you receive the product.
Cancellation must be notified to the golf club where the product was purchased or Compu Partner ApS no later than 14 days after purchase. The notice must be given by email to the golf club or at info@compupartner.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
Goods excluded from the right of cancellation
Goods given free of charge, e.g. in connection with campaigns, charity, sponsorships, competitions or similar, are exempt from the right of cancellation.
Returns
You do not need to return anything as the product is electronic.
Condition of the item upon return
The item must not be fully or partially used.
Reimbursement
If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us. Goods given free of charge, e.g. in connection with campaigns, charity, sponsorships, competitions or similar, cannot be claimed.
When using the right of cancellation, all payments received from you will be refunded. Refunds are made by agreement with the golf club where the product was purchased, or from Compu Partner ApS via bank transfer.
Rights and entitlements
All rights to workshops, courses, events and digital products belong to Compu Partner ApS.
Upon purchase, a licence is obtained to use the purchased product as stated under the product in question.
Your digital product is personal and you are not allowed to sell, forward, lend, give away or otherwise distribute the purchased product, neither privately nor commercially.
Legislation
All legal relationships arising from the contract modules concluded between the contracting party and the seller are subject to Danish law.

Information about what you have purchased
We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you and to process enquiries regarding your purchase. Processing is carried out in accordance with the rules in our personal data policy for Compu Partner ApS. We do not disclose your information to third parties unless it is necessary to fulfil the order.
