Do we need a payment system?
The vast majority of golf clubs will benefit from a modern payment system at the driving range, simply because of the reduced administration. You can also expect significantly more revenue at the driving range, and these two things combined almost always cover the cost of operation - and more than that...
Can I get a discount?
Yes you can! By default, a 9-month agreement is valid for 9 months, but you can get a 10% discount if you sign up for 21 months, or 20% if you sign up for 33 months. We also give 100% off your setup cost if we replace selected competing systems (Golfmore, Select Pi, Sweetspot) and you commit for at least 21 months.
How much time can we save?
A simple calculation can be that, on average, you spend a few minutes or more a day selling tokens and topping up chip cards or keys. On top of that, you have to empty the machine of tokens or cash every day, and in some cases read and load the chip onto the PC. If you spend a total of just 20 minutes each day during the season, this adds up to almost 2 weeks of work!
Can I increase revenue?
You certainly can. We can't tell you exactly how much as it's an individual calculation, but an average golf club can sell around 1 million golf balls on the driving range in a season - so it's very easy to optimise your earnings significantly with just a few adjustments and optimisations. As a starting point, you earn as minimum the cost of Compu Golf without any problems.
What is the pricing model?
There is a set-up cost to have the system delivered, installed, configured and set up to suit your exact needs and wishes. Included in this cost is also training for one or more employees. Once the system is up and running, there is a monthly fee that covers operation and support of the system - this also includes future improvements to the system. And you can get a discount of up to 20% for a longer commitment.
Is Compu Golf the best system?
We think so ourselves. The product is brand new on the market (summer 2025), we have more than 15 years of experience with golf clubs and have spent more than 3,000 development hours on the product. And we intend to continue developing it in the future. Everything is developed in the EU and complies with all the latest requirements and standards.

How much does it cost?
Compu Golf operates with an open pricing model. This means that we are honest about our prices and everyone pays the same and under the same conditions. That's why you can see our prices on this page under the Prices tab.
How to use compu GOLF payment
Paying with a Compu Golf Driving Range terminal is very simple.
We offer many payment options, but please note that each club chooses which ones are enabled
Pay with credit or debit card
Start by placing an empty basket where the balls come out. Select 'Credit card' on the screen. Now you can see the different sizes of baskets the club offers. Select the size basket you want and hold the credit card on the screen to pay.
Pay with voucher (Paper or SMS)
Start by placing an empty basket where the balls come out. Select 'Voucher' on the screen. Enter the code or hold the QR code in front of the screen. The code already contains a specific basket size, so you don't have to choose.
Pay with membership card
Start by placing an empty basket where the balls come out. Select 'Membership card' on the screen. Now you can see the different sizes of baskets the club offers. Select the size basket you want and hold the membership card on the screen to pay.
Pay with MobilePay
Start by placing an empty basket where the balls come out. Select 'MobilePay' on the screen. Now you can see the different sizes of baskets the club offers. Select the size basket you want and scan the QR code that appears on the screen in your MobilePay app to pay

This is where the app opens and you can quickly scan the code on the ball machine.
If you need the same size basket as last time, one tap and you have balls - or you can change the size before you tap for balls.
It doesn't matter which club you have already selected - the app will find out for you:
- in which club and at which ball machine you are standing and
- whether you have credit available for this club
If you don't have credit, you can buy products under the 'Shop' menu item or pay directly on the terminal.
Under the Club info button you can find current practical information from the club you have selected.
Golf clubs
On this page you can choose between the different golf clubs that use Compu Golf. The list is sorted by how far away they are from your current location, so the clubs closest to you are at the top.
Above the list is a small overview where you can see which clubs you currently have points in.
My Balance
Here are the details of how many points you have in the selected club
Point
Are points you have been awarded or have paid for. These points have an expiry date, which you can see under the balance. Note that the oldest points are always automatically used first.
Bonus points
These are special points earned as a reward for certain purchases. These points can have a shorter duration, but are always used before regular points.
Shop
Here you can buy the products that the club has made available. You can pay by card, google pay and apple pay directly on your mobile phone. Please note the validity of the different products before you buy. The products can only ever be used for the club in question.
The products can be points, possibly with extra bonus points, or they can be free balls for a certain period of time. For example, some clubs sell an annual pass for members or a weekend pass for guests.
Please note that some products are only visible to members of the club - you need to use GolfBox as login to view these products as a member of the club.
Account
Here you can change or delete your profile.
If you have used GolfBox as your login, some master data is transferred from there and you can edit it here - but be aware that these changes are not sent back to GolfBox, so you need to change them there too.
If you delete your profile, all your personal data is deleted and the history is anonymised. We are therefore unable to recreate the data, and any credit you may have will be lost.
